Manhattan judge Charles Ramos has given Gate Five, a software development company, the go ahead with their $100 million lawsuit against Beyonce. Reports are that Bey withdrew from their deal 3 days before all the papers were signed and the game Starpower: Beyonce was set to go into work.
Beyonce's lawyers states the singer was entitled to walk away as Gate Five hadn't finalised its financial agreements.
Gate Five argues that the singer chose to abandon the project December 6 2012, 3 days before a funding deal was to be signed, they had to fire 70 employees due to her backing out.
